There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - honesty, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing ingenuity, and win/win negotiation skills, all of which are qualities of how I work. That said, in my experience as an Orlando real estate professional, I also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my customers first, working diligently, paying attention to details, thinking outside the box, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "customer first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to expand the range of services I provide to my customers.

Currently, I live with my family in Southwest Orlando, so in the moments when time allows, I enjoy time entertaining with friends and family, traveling to exotic locations, reading, gardening, restoring old things, performing Pilates, going on the occasional shopping trip to Home Depot or Lowes, and becoming a foodie. As a real estate professional, I know how important it is to be part of the community. I proudly volunteer in the Early Development Center of my church, teaching children the fundamentals, such as math, art and science.
